Reserved for Ireland: Bertie
Bertie is a wonderful character, born June 2014, with plenty to say! A big black boy with a tail that never stops wagging, and lots of kisses to give to you. Currently in private boarding kennels, Bertie would love to relax in a favourite chair or on the sofa, and is happiest when he has some company. He can become a bit stressed when out of his comfort zone so will need a patient owner to introduce him to new situations. At an early age Bertie had his tonsils removed to help with his airflow. He is good with other greyhounds, but can get a bit too excited near smaller dogs. Unfortunately, Bertie broke his hock a few months ago, which has now healed awkwardly, although he is able to put weight on it when running out in the paddock. If you would like to foster or adopt Bertie then please get in touch by completing our online adoption questionnaire.
